SWEET SPICY RICE - BANDREK

 Sweet Spicy Rice

Ingridients:

1 tablespoon rice, soaked, drained250 gr kencur, peeled, sliced1 ltr water150 gr brown sugar100 gr sugar3 pandan leaves LBR25 gr sour Java

 







How to Served:
  1. Cook the water, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pandan leaves and tamarind until boiling,lift, strain
  2. Enter in a blender, rice, kencur, add the boiling sugar water, process until smooth, strain.
  3. Serve while warm.
For 6 cups

BANDREK

Bahan:
1 sdm beras, rendam, tiriskan
250 gr kencur, kupas, iris
1 ltr air
150 gr gula merah
100 gr gula pasir
3 lbr daun pandan
25 gr asem jawa

Cara membuat:
1. Masak air, gula merah, gula pasir, daun pandan dan asem hingga mendidih, angkat, saring
2. Masukkan dalam blender, beras, kencur, tambahkan rebusan air gula, proses hingga halus, saring.
3. Hidangkan selagi hangat.

SEASONINGS TEA SERAI - TEH BUMBU SERAI

Seasonings tea Serai
 Ingridients:

1 ltr water10 stalk lemongrass, take part white, crushed 

3 pandan leaves LBR100 gr ginger roasted, peeled, crushed2 tablespoons of tea leaves 
200 gr sugar cube


How To Served:

1. Boil water, ginger, lemongrass, pandan leaves over low heat, cover pot and cook until boiling. Add green tea leaves, set aside. 

2. Strain, add sugar cube. Serve while warm.For 5 cups

Teh Bumbu Serai


Bahan:
1 ltr air
10 btg serai, ambil bagian yang putih, memarkan
3 lbr daun pandan
100 gr jahe bakar, kupas, memarkan
2 sdm daun teh
200 gr gula batu


Cara membuat:


1. Rebus air, jahe, serai, daun pandan dengan api kecil, tutup panci, masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan daun daun teh, diamkan.
2. Saring, tambahkan gula batu. Sajikan selagi hangat.

Untuk 5 gelas

MAGELANG FRIED RICE - NASI GORENG MAGELANG

Ingridients:

400 grams white rice 
200 g wet noodle3 eggs, 
beaten off 100 grams of fried chicken, tear it to pieces
5 cloves garlic, crushed (punch / rape) 
5 tbsp tomato sauce3 tbsp chilli sauce3 tablespoons soy sauce1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons cooking oil
 







HOW to Cook:
  1.  Heat oil and fry garlic until fragrant. Enter the beaten eggs and stir until cooked. 
  2. Enter consecutive rice, wet noodles, fried chicken, tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, and salt.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly until blended and cooked. Serve while warm with crackers, pickles and starch.

Makes 4 servings

NASI GORENG MAGELANGAN  

Bahan:
400 gr nasi putih
200 gr mi basah
3 btr telur, kocok lepas
100 gr ayam goreng, suwir / suwing
5 siung bawang putih, memarkan (tonjok/diperkosa)
5 sdm saus tomat
3 sdm saus sambal
3 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt garam
2 sdm minyak goreng 

Cara membuat: 1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan telur kocok, aduk-aduk sampai matang.
2. Masukkan berturut-turut nasi, mi basah, ayam goreng, saus tomat, saus sambal, kecap manis, dan garam.
3. Masak sambil terus diaduk sampai rata dan matang. Sajikan selagi hangat dengan acar dan kerupuk kanji.

FRIED RICE TRIPE - NASI GORENG BABAT



FRIED RICE TRIPE
Ingredients:



2 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 leek, sliced
2 large red peppers, discard the contents, oblique slices
250 grams of beef tripe cooked, diced


4 plates of white rice
4 tablespoons green peas
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
50 salt bean sprouts, siangi
Complement: egg, tomato and lettuce

How To Cook it:

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic, scallions and red pepper until fragrant, put tripe and stir well. 
  2. Add rice, soy sauce, and soy sauce and stir well. Cook until the seasonings evenly. Enter the bean sprouts, cook briefly, remove from heat 
  3. Serve the fried rice with egg, tomato and lettuce.

Bahan:
2 sdm minyak sayur
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
1 batang daun bawang, iris
2 buah cabai merah besar, buang isinya, iris serong
250 gram babat sapi matang, potong dadu
4 piring nasi putih
4 sdm kacang polong
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm kecap manis
50 garam tauge, siangi
Pelengkap: telur mata sapi, tomat dan daun selada

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih, daun bawang dan cabai merah hingga harum, masukkan babat, aduk rata.
2. Tambahkan nasi, kecap asin, dan kecap manis, aduk rata. Masak hingga bumbu merata. Masukkan tauge, masak sebentar, angkat.
3. Sajikan nasi goreng dengan telur mata sapi, tomat dan daun selada.

EGG FRIED RICE WRAP - NASI GORENG BUNGKUS TELUR

Ingridients:

1 tablespoon soy sauce2 pieces of red chili, thinly sliced 

1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced

1 / 4 tablespoon saltcooking oil
 

Wrap:
8 eggs 

1 / 4 teaspoon salt 
4 tablespoons water 
2 tablespoons flour, melted

How To Cook it:
  1. Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant, put sausage stir well. Add soy sauce, red pepper, green onion, pepper and salt, mix well, put the rice, stirring until well blended. Lift.
  2. Whisk the eggs, pour the liquid flour and stir well. Make a thin omelet diameter of 20 centimeters, scrambled until the dough runs out.

2 buah sosis sapi, iris bulat tipis
2 btr telur, buat orak-arik

Bahan : 

 
4 siung bawang putih, memarkan cincang
6 buah bawang merah, iris halus
1 sdm kecap asin
2 buah cabai merah, iris tipis
1 btg daun bawang, iris tipis
1/4 sdt lada halus
1/4 sdm garam
minyak goreng

Pembungkus : 

 
8 btr telur
1/4 sdt garam
4 sdm air
2 sdm tepung terigu, cairkan

Cara membuat :
  1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan sosis aduk rata. Tambahkan kecap asin, cabai merah, daun bawang, lada dan garam aduk rata, masukkan nasi, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Angkat.
  2. Kocok telur, tuang tepung terigu cair, aduk rata. Buat dadar tipis diameter 20 cm,dadar hingga adonan habis.
  3. Ambil satu lembar dadar, isi 2 sdm nasi goreng. lipat segiempat, balikkan dan kerat bagian atas dengan tanda silang
  4. Siap untuk dibawa piknik atau buat bekal.

HONEY FRIED RICE - NASI GORENG MADU

2 sdm madu
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt kaldu bubuk rasa ayam
3 sdm kacang polong
Pelengkap: udang goreng, daun selada, ketimun, dan tomat

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan telur dan buat orak-arik, angkat.
2. Panaskan kembali minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan garam, merica, madu, dan saus tiram, aduk rata. Tambahkan nasi putih, kaldu bubuk, dan kacang polong, masak hingga bumbu merata dan matang.
3. Masukkan orak-arik ke dalam nasi goreng, aduk rata dan masak sebentar, angkat.
4. Sajikan hangat dan lengkapi dengan udang goreng, daun selada, ketimun, dan tomat.
